Локк использовал при постановке своей оперы инструментальную музыку (танцы) Джованни
Баттиста Драги (ок.1640–1708). Оригинальная музыка Драги не сохранилась. Для этой записи
были переложены и оркестрованы Питером Холманом клавесинные пьесы Драги.

Занятно. На этом фоне понятен масштаб сделанного Пёрселлом.

Перселл был учеником Локка и стал его преемником при
королевском дворе.

Я как раз об этом. Учителя он перерос здорово.

Но я услышала у Локка тот же первичный огонь,что озаряет лучшие творения
